First Visit

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Same Day Treatment

After your Report of Findings Consultation, if we feel Chiropractic can help you, time will be allotted for you to begin your Chiropractic Care Program so that we can get you ?back on track? as fast as possible.

Treatment Options:

Pain Relief Care

Patients come to us with some type of pain, condition & symptom and their goal is to be as pain & symptom free as possible in the shortest time possible. With this intensive care, treatment continues until you are symptom free. Should your symptoms return you simply call us and we start intensive care again.

Maintenance Care

Having achieved good results with the intensive care most of our patients want to ensure that any recurrences are kept to a minimum and so they enjoy periodic checkups to ensure that their nerves, muscles and joints are working in harmony. This is like your periodic dental check up.

Wellness Care

This is for those people who want to perform at their very best. This includes lifestyle management, decreasing stress levels, nutritional assessment and exercise programs. There are more frequent checkups with wellness care to enable you to be your best. Patients that choose this type of care are looking to maintain their body now so that they can function at their very best for as long as possible.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete review of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
